Warranty Statement - 90 Days
Upon the signed acceptance of delivery, you have 3 business days to report any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If no shipping damage is reported during the initial 3 day period, all future reports or complaints will be treated as a warranty claim and are subject to the terms and conditions of our standard warranty.
The Manufacturer guarantees the quality and function of its product when used in the correct manner as illustrated on each product's accompanying user instruction sheet. This covers general wear and tear and guarantees repair and replacement when product failure is due to defects in manufacturing or assembly.
This warranty does not cover damage or product failure due to: incorrect use, mistreatment, failure to follow provided user instruction sheets, destruction, loss, theft, unauthorized alteration, vandalism or natural disasters.
In cases of a warranty dispute: the Manufacturer reserves the right of final judgment/decision on the nature and cause of damage and the fair and applicable warranty response/solution.
- Contact us and provide the original order number. A return authorization number will be provided that must appear on the outside of the package. Instructions will be provided on where to ship return.
- Carefully package and ship the damaged product to the specified address that is given at the time of the return authorization.
