Lifetime Hardware Warranty

Effective date: 07.2009

The Manufacturer is pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on all hardware products specified below. Policy applies to original purchaser. No product registration is required. The Manufacturer will replace or repair all hardware supplied to the client purchased after July 2009. However, The Manufacturer does reserve the right to inspect hardware and exclude warranty claims that have resulted from vandalism, theft, negligence, fire, natural disasters, modifications, or losses in shipment that may be covered by your insurance and/or freight carrier.

The lifetime hardware warranty does not apply to graphics produced by The Manufacturer nor electrical components. Please contact your Sales Representative with any questions relative to graphics or graphic production.

Warranty repairs will follow general turnaround times and will need to be coordinated and processed through Epic. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

The Manufacturer will also make available, for all reasonable requests, appropriate replacement parts so the Client has the option to make the repairs themselves. Items such as scissors and hubs can be requested from and shipped from The Manufacturer at no cost including free ground shipment.

Return Process

  1. Contact us and provide the original order number. A return authorization number will be provided that must appear on the outside of the package. Instructions will be provided on where to ship return.
  2. Carefully package and ship the damaged product to the specified address that is given at the time of the return authorization.
